Carrot Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick mix
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. carrots, grated
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat egg; add sugar.
    Alternate milk and Bisquick.
    Fold in grated carrots.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
