Cheese Crusted Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steaks
    1 c. red wine
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 c. Cheddar, shredded
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine red wine, oil, vinegar, garlic and oregano in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Add flank steaks. Marinate 24 to 48 hours in refrigerator.
