Mimi'S Spinach Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Thaw spinach; drain and squeeze dry. Chop until there are no large stems. Put in mixing bowl. Tear bread into small pieces and add with all other ingredients. Blend well. Put in lightly buttered baking dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
