Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 stick margarine (1/2 stick for onion and 1/2 for corn flakes)
1 can celery soup
1 medium sour cream (16 oz.)
1 lb. Colby cheese
1 c. corn flakes, crushed
Preparation

Melt margarine in skillet.
Cook potatoes in jacket; peel and grate.
Chop onion and cook in butter.
Mix potatoes, onion, sour cream, cheese and soup together.
Put in pan and put buttered corn flakes on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Allow 1 hour preparation time.
