Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. butter or shortening
1 c. buttermilk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. seeded and coarsely cut prunes

Preparation

Mix the eggs, butter and buttermilk well.
Add the remaining ingredients, except prunes.
Mix well.
Add the prunes.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Let cool.
