Curry Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 plus c. mayonnaise
    2 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 plus tsp. curry powder
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 cans small shrimp
Preparation
    Add rice and salt to boiling water; stir to moisten all rice. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then uncover and let cool to room temperature.
