Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large green pepper
    1 large onion
    2 large ripe tomatoes
    2 c. celery
    3 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shred cabbage; cut pepper and onion in rings.
    Slice tomatoes; dice celery and combine all ingredients in a large skillet (electric is nice).
    Cover and cook on medium heat until crisp and tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Leftovers keep well.
