Chicken Thighs Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken thighs, skinned
    3 medium-sized onions, cut or whole
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 tsp. celery salt
    2 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1 small peeled potato
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put chicken in large pot.
    Add onions, vinegar, garlic, celery salt, pepper, water and bay leaf.
    Cover and cook 1 hour over medium heat.
    Check during cooking and add additional water, if needed.
    Halfway through cooking, add potato.
