California Gold Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
2 Tbsp. white wine or sherry
1 Tbsp. Poupon mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
sunflower seeds or any toasted nuts
Preparation

Place cream cheese in food processor; blend until smooth.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Blend until very smooth and golden in color. Form ball; roll in sunflower seeds.
Wrap in Saran and refrigerate.
May be frozen.
