Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can New Orleans style kidney beans
    1 pkg. Mexican rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    regular Fritos, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Saute ground chuck; add Ro-Tel tomatoes and kidney beans and simmer.
    Mix rice into meat mixture.
    Grate cheese into mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with Fritos.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
