Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
2 sticks oleo or butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
34 Ritz crackers (broken)
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan with butter.
Add broccoli to pan. Spread evenly.
Slice up 1 stick of butter and spread evenly over broccoli.
Slice cheese and lay over butter.
Spread crackers over cheese.
Melt remaining butter and pour over crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until brown.
