Banana-Orange Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, peeled
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 c. thawed orange juice concentrate
4 1/2 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Place half of bananas, lemon juice, ginger, orange juice concentrate and milk in food processor or blender.
Whirl at high speed until well blended and smooth.
Pour into serving pitcher. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate covered up to 3 hours.
Whisk to blend before serving.
