Hickory Smoke Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oats
    1 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 slice bacon
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well.
    Press into 4 x 8-inch loaf pan.
    Spread additional barbecue sauce over top of loaf.
    Top with bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
