Seared Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped garlic clove
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    salmon
    crushed peppercorn
Preparation
    Cut salmon into steaks. Marinate for 30 minutes. Dry on paper towels. Sprinkle with crushed peppercorn. Put small amount of cooking oil in skillet. Fry, skin side up. Flip 1 time (approximately 2 minutes per side). Puncture with knife. When knife slides through easily, it's done.
