Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled and chopped tomatoes with juice
    2 c. peeled and chopped cucumbers
    3/4 c. diced green peppers
    3/4 c. minced onions
    2 c. V-8 juice
Preparation
    Combine the first five ingredients.
    Blend 1/2 of this in your processor.
    Recombine the two batches.
    Add 1/3 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
    Other additions are Tabasco, diced jalapeno, chopped green chiles or red pepper flakes.
    Chill very thoroughly.
    Serve with an ice cube in each bowl.
