Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Brush a little egg white on unbaked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 about 1 minute.
This prevents a soggy crust.
Beat eggs lightly; add other ingredients and pour into pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, 15 minutes at 375\u00b0 and 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
