Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large sweet potatoes, peeled
    2 sticks real butter
    1 t vanilla
    1/2 t nutmeg
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 pie shells
    1 c sugar OR 1/2 c brown and 1/2 c white sugar
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until soft.
    Put in bowl and add butter. Mix until smooth and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes or until done.
