Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) jar (1 1/2 c.) orange marmalade
1/4 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Reserve 1/4 cup marmalade. Combine remaining 1 1/4 cups marmalade, egg, orange juice and oil. Add to flour mixture, stirring until moistened.
Stir in nuts. Turn into a greased 9 1/2 x
5
x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan and place on baking sheet. Spread top with reserved marmalade and return to oven 1 minute to glaze.
Cool.
