Egg Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs (hard-boiled)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
    Put yolks in a small bowl with the mayonnaise and mash with a fork.
    Add salt and pepper if you wish.
    Spoon egg yolk mixture onto egg whites.
    Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
