Peach And Berry Kanten - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peaches, sliced
    1/2 c. blueberries or strawberries (can use frozen)
    2 c. apple juice
    pinch of sea salt
    2 Tbsp. agar flakes
Preparation
    Arrange fruit in a mold or bowl.
    Add juice, salt and agar in a saucepan.
    Bring to a light boil.
    Stir occasionally for 5 to 8 minutes, or until agar is dissolved.
    Pour over fruit.
    Cool or chill 1 to 2 hours, uncovered, until firm.
