Steak And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size pieces
1/2 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

In skillet, brown meat on both sides.
Pour water into skillet.
Cover and simmer until meat is tender and most of the water has evaporated.
Pour soup over meat and stir until soup comes to a boil.
Cover and simmer 5 more minutes.
