Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar (cider)
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Boil sugar, vinegar and oil until dissolved.
    Pour over first mixture while hot.
    Serve cold.
