"Taters" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large container sour cream
    1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    8 oz. grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute the chopped onion in the butter in a large skillet until the onion is soft.
    Add the soup and sour cream.
    Fold in potatoes.
    Place in a casserole.
    Cover with the cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
