Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
celery
pecans
1 bouillon cube
mayonnaise
Preparation

Boil chicken in as little water as possible with bouillon cube. Chop celery and pecans to your taste and add 1/2 c. broth from chicken. After chicken is cooked dice it and add the celery and pecans. Add Hellmann mayonnaise to taste. Boiled eggs can also be added.
