Ingredients

1 lb. mostaccioli
water
yellow food color
salt
3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. mustard
1 medium onion
1 cucumber (bite size)
parsley to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Add to cooked mostaccioli.
Stir often and let set.
Has better flavor if set overnight.
