Strawberry Fresh Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla pie filling
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. water
1 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1 c. sliced strawberries
1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled (I use graham cracker crust)
Preparation

Combine pudding, gelatin, water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Pour into a bowl and chill until thickened. Fold in topping, blending well.
Stir in berries. Pour into pie shell and chill 1 to 2 hours.
