Baked Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes
    1/3 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
    1/3 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    16 soda crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Scald tomatoes, peel and scoop out insides, leaving a thick shell.
    Turn upside down to drain.
    Chop removed pulp and set aside.
    Saute green pepper, green onions and celery in butter until tender but not browned.
    Add reserved tomato pulp and cracker crumbs.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Fill tomatoes with mixture.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Dot with butter or margarine.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
