Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry rice
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt, pepper, garlic salt and comino to taste
    approximately 3 tomato cans water
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown your dry rice in the oil.
    Watch closely and stir often because this doesn't take long.
    After rice is brown, add the tomato sauce, water, pepper, onion and spices. Reduce heat and allow to come to a boil.
    When it begins to boil, cover the pan and let it boil until rice fluffs with a fork.
