Chicken Stuffing Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 pkg. chicken flavored stuffing (set herb packet aside)
1 cube butter or margarine
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 c. light sour cream
1 1/2 c. any kind cooked rice
Preparation

Brown stuffing crumbs in butter or margarine and spread 3/4 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together, including herb packet and spread on crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
