Ingredients

3 c. Rice Krispies, crushed a little
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 stick melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
pie filling
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients except ice cream.
Use half of the mixture for bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Soften the ice cream. Spread on crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs.
Freeze and keep in freezer until ready to serve.
When serving, top with small amount of cherry, blueberry or other pie filling.
