Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt
    pepper
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (sliced) in water.
    Add sliced onion and cook until color changes in water.
    Pour water off.
    Put in dish layer of potato and onion.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on each layer. Heat soup and water.
    Pour over.
    Bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Put cheese on top and melt.
