Apple Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar (Jack Frost sugar)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

You will need a large bowl.
Mix together vegetable oil, eggs and sugar.
Beat medium speed until mixed well.
Put dry ingredients in a separate bowl (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon).
Then mix dry ingredients into the large bowl mix well by hand.
Then add apples and nuts.
Spray pan with Bakers Joy or cooking spray.
Bake in square pan 9 x 13 for 40 minutes or 2 small pans for 50 minutes.
Bake less time.
Cake tester to check if the cake is done.
