Fluffy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef or veal
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
6 c. bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
4 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
3/8 tsp. sage
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pack into three greased 4 x 8-inch loaf pans.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 25.
