Shrimp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled shrimp
    2 cooking spoons oil
    2 cooking spoons flour
    2 medium chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt, pepper and cayenne
    1 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Make dark roux; add onions, garlic, parsley and shrimp.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Add water and seasonings; simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour and serve over rice.
