Raw Vegie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1 c. finely chopped raw carrots
    mayonnaise
    1 c. finely chopped cabbage
    1/4 lb. American cheese, grated
    lettuce leaf
Preparation
    Mix each chopped, salted vegetable separately with enough mayonnaise to bind.
    On a leaf of lettuce, place a mound of carrots.
    Place a mound of cabbage on carrots and on top of that, a mound of green peppers.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Serve with French dressing or mayonnaise.
