Cooked Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
3 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix corn meal, cold water and salt. Stir slowly, pour corn meal mixture into boiling water in saucepan.
Cook and stir until thick. Lower heat.
Cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring as needed to keep from sticking.
