Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli spears (frozen)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    crushed cracker cheese bits
Preparation
    Cook
    and
    drain
    broccoli
    according to package directions. Beat
    egg;
    add
    mayonnaise,
    onions,
    soup and grated cheese. Carefully add the broccoli to the sauce and pour into a
    buttered casserole
    dish.
    Top with crushed cracker cheese bits.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    I double the recipe.
