Ingredients

2/3 c. Crisco
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sweet milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
Preparation

Blend Crisco, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Roll 1/8 inch thick on lightly floured board.
Cut out cookies in any shape.
Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 on ungreased cookie sheet. Allow 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
