Company Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    6 to 8 chicken breast halves or 1 cut-up chicken
    1/2 to 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk (I use skim)
Preparation
    Grease a 10 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle the rice on the bottom.
    Arrange the chicken pieces on top of the rice.
    Sprinkle onion soup mix over the chicken.
    Mix together the cans of soup and milk until smooth and pour over the chicken and rice.
    Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
