Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend together first 5 ingredients and stir in milk, oil and nuts.
Spread mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
In a small bowl, blend brown sugar and cocoa.
Sprinkle over batter.
Pour hot water over all and bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with ice cream.
