German Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 small onion
    2/3 c. raw long grain rice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    salt, as desired
Preparation
    Saute turkey and onion together in a large skillet.
    Add all the other ingredients and cook at low heat about 40 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
