Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. red food coloring
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. sifted granulated sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 scant tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 Tbsp. sweet milk
    3/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    3 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cake flour, sifted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soda
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar\ttogether;
    add\teggs,
    one at a time, mixing well after
    each
    addition.\tSift flour, salt and soda together and
    add
    alternately
    with the buttermilk.
    Mix red food coloring and cocoa\ttogether
    with\ta fork and add to the creamed mixture.
    Fold in flavoring and vinegar; mix well. Pour batter into 3 (9-inch)
    cake pans which have been greased and lined with waxed paper.
    Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
