Microwave Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
2 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Cook covered for 9 minutes, stirring once.
Let stand, loosely covered, 2 minutes before serving.
