Butternut Squash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butternut squash
    1 small chopped onion
    fresh parsley, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Saute onion.
    Cut up squash; boil with 1 tablespoon sugar until soft.
    Add onion to chicken soup.
    Add chopped parsley and onions.
    Drain and mash squash and add to soup mixture.
    Put through blender briefly.
    Add cream and melted butter.
    Stir briefly.
    Serve immediately.
