Honorable Chicken Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 chickens, cut in pieces

Preparation

Heat first 5 ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Preheat grill.
Brush chicken pieces with oil.
Grill over low-medium heat 45 to 60 minutes, turning frequently.
Brush with sauce after first 20 minutes and continue until done.
Pass remaining sauce.
