Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage (Jimmy Dean)
    5 oz. grated coon cheese
Preparation
    Let sausage get to room temperature.
    With hands, mix sausage, Bisquick and work in grated cheese.
    Make into little balls (one heaping tablespoonful).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
