Chicken Siu Mai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. won ton wrappers
    1/2 lb. raw fish cake
    1 lb. ground chicken
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1/4 c. black mushrooms
    1/4 c. green onion
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch with warm water
Preparation
    Mix fish cake and chicken.
    Add in finely diced water chestnuts, mushrooms and onions.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix filling well.
    Using a spoon or butter knife, put filling on wrapper.
    Squeeze up the sides, shaping siu mai in hand.
    Put upright in steamer and steam 30 minutes, until cooked well.
