Broccoli And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    dash of salt
    6 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    8-inch pie crust (ready for use)
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In
    medium
    bowl
    beat\teggs with whisk.
    Add cream and beat. Add
    salt.\tPour
    broccoli\tand
    mushrooms in bottom of crust; sprinkle
    with
    cheese.
    Pour
    cream
    and egg mix over this.
    Dot with butter. Put pan on cookie sheet and carefully slip
    into 350\u00b0
    oven.
    Cook
    40
    minutes or until quiche has puffed
    up into a dome and slightly browned.
    Allow to cool at least 1/2 hour. Serves 8.
