Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. each: nutmeg and mace
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Add ingredients in order.
    Beat well.
    Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Frost or dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
