Broccoli And Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. poppy seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. cashew nuts
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; do not overcook.
    Place drained broccoli in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish and set aside.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, sugar, vinegar, poppy seed, salt and paprika. Pour over top of broccoli.
    Sprinkle with cashew nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until heated through.
    Serve at once.
    Makes 4 servings.
